Returns and Refunds Policy

ZORVELIO accepts eligible return requests submitted within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging. Personalized products, final-sale merchandise, and opened hygiene-sensitive items may not qualify for return.

Before returning an item, please email contactus@zorvelio.com with your order number and reason for the request. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographs when possible.

After an eligible return is received and inspected, an approved refund will generally be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Return shipping is normally the customer's responsibility unless the return results from a defective or incorrect item supplied by ZORVELIO.

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if fulfillment has not already started.
