Orders are normally prepared within 2–3 business days after successful payment confirmation. Once dispatched, estimated delivery is approximately 3–7 business days within Vietnam and 7–15 business days for international destinations. These timeframes are estimates and may be affected by holidays, courier delays, customs procedures, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed. After shipment, tracking information will be provided by email and may take up to 48 hours to become active.

International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local charges imposed by their destination country. Customers should carefully check their delivery information before submitting an order, as ZORVELIO cannot be responsible for problems resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address.
